The Master's Degree in Accounting, Governance and Sustainability is provided completely in English. It offers an internationally-infused learning and teaching environment to provide students with the knowledge, skills and tools required to achieve successful and satisfying careers as consultants, managers or professionals specialised in accounting and governance for international business and for sustainability.

The course is divided into two different curricula:

  • Accounting for International Business (AIB)
  • Accounting and Governance for Sustainability (AG4S)

What are the trump cards?
Classes

Classes are very practical and involve interaction with real businesses to develop projects (audit plans, financial plans and budgets, financial communication and accountability projects, sustainability-related projects).

International experiences

If you want to spend a challenging period studying abroad, the master's degree in Accounting, Governance and Sustainability has a rich portfolio of internationalization experiences. Students can receive grants for Erasmus studies and traineeships, internships in China (CRCC Asia), Euromondo (internships all over the world).

Double Degree Program

The best students are selected for the Double Degree Program with the University of Dundee (UK) which implies spending the second year in Dundee and obtaining:

  • both the AGS Master degree (from the University of Bergamo)
  • and the Accounting and Finance MSc (from the University of Dundee)
Specialization

The Accounting, Accountability and Governance program is developed in partnership with the Italian Chartered Accountant and Auditor Association and can offer a privileged access to become Chartered Accountant.

Bergamo is located in Lombardy, an Italian region renowned for its natural and artistic beauty. The area is highly industrialized, rich in businesses and opportunities for job placement. UniBg is an Italian university well connected to all points of interest in Northern Italy, thanks to the railway network. The proximity to Orio al Serio airport allows you to be close to all of Europe!

Pre-enrolment: the pre-enrolment is a procedure that allows the candidates to share the key documents needed to prove that they comply with the admission requirements (i.e. that they have a suitable background to access the master). The documents will be assessed by our administration.

Once registered, please select: registrar’s office > admission test > Master’s degree (two years) and pre-enroll.

The pre-enrolment cost is Euros 52.

The documents needed for the submission are:

  • Copy of the Bachelor degree
  • Copy of the official Academic transcript or Diploma supplement
  • English certificate (minimum B2 level)
  • Copy of your valid passport

Costs and Fees

University yearly fees are calculated progressively, more favorably for students who have a low income and meet merit requirements. The maximum yearly fee is Euros 1.783. For a simulation of tuition fees due in your case and for more information, please contact  laura.fratus@unibg.it
